Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Google will recommend my business?

No honest company can guarantee that, because AI tools decide their own answers. What we can promise is our full effort to get you named first, and the proof: before-and-after screenshots every month, so you always know where you stand.

What do I get from the free Check?

We ask ChatGPT, Google, Gemini and Perplexity three questions your customers would ask, like "Who's the best roofer in town?" You get a screenshot of every answer and a one-page report: who AI names today, what's missing about your business, and what to fix first.

How much does it cost?

The Check is free, with no obligation. If you want us to fix what we find, we'll give you a price after the Check, once we know what's missing.

Do people really use AI to find businesses?

More people are, especially younger customers. Pew Research Center surveyed Americans in February 2026: about two out of three adults under 30 use AI chatbots, and about half of adults under 50 use them to look things up. You can test it yourself: ask ChatGPT who the best business like yours is in your town, and see who it names.

Is Google going away? Should I stop working on Google?

No. Google isn't going anywhere, and it has its own AI answers now too. The same basics feed both, so fixing them helps you in both places. It's not either/or.

Is this just SEO with a new name?

Partly, and we'll be straight about that. The basics that help you show up on Google (your profile, your reviews, your listings and your website) are the same things AI tools read. What's different is the scoreboard: we check the AI answers themselves and show you screenshots every month.

Do I need a new website?

No. Six of the nine basics we fix aren't on your website at all: your Google profile, your reviews, your Bing and Apple listings, matching details everywhere you're listed, and mentions on other sites. The other three are small checks on the site you already have: that it says what you do, where, and your phone number; that search and AI tools aren't blocked from it; and that it has the business code search engines read. If you already have a web person, they can make the changes. The list is yours either way.

What do you need from me?

For the free Check, just your business name and town. If you want us to fix things: a text saying it's okay for us to manage your Google profile and listings, and adding us as a Manager on your Google profile. If you want new photos on your profile, send us a few.

Do you need my passwords?

Not for Google. You add us as a Manager and stay the Owner, and a Manager can't remove people or delete your profile. For a few other listings or your website, you can sign in yourself while we make the changes together, or give us access. Your call.

How long until I see a difference?

We can't give you a date, and we won't make one up. Some fixes, like your Google profile, we can make right away. Reviews and mentions build month by month. That's why we re-check every month and show you what changed.
