What is Apple Business Connect?

Before you start

An Apple Account (Apple ID). You can use the one you have or make one for the business.
Your business name, address and phone, exactly as they appear on your Google Business Profile.
A computer. Apple's sign-up is on the web.

Step by step

Sign in. Go to Apple Business at business.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Find your business. In Locations, choose Add and type your business name. Select it when it appears.
Check the map pin. If the pin sits on the wrong building, move the map to the right spot.
Verify. The first time, Apple asks you to verify your business before it reviews your location. If your business is already on Apple Maps, Apple may offer to verify it by phone.
Fill in your place card. Add your hours, phone, website, logo and photos, and keep them current. Apple also lets you post showcases, such as a seasonal offer.
Match Google. Use the same name, address and phone everywhere, so Apple, Google and Bing all agree.

Why it matters
